Submit a Tip
If you have information about illicit ENDS operators — unauthorized products, shell companies, import fraud, or regulatory violations — I want to hear from you.
All tip submissions are treated as confidential. Source identities are protected under journalist privilege and applicable Shield Law protections. I will never reveal a source's identity without their explicit consent. You may submit anonymously. No IP logging. No analytics. No third-party scripts on this page.
What Makes a Good Tip
Not every tip needs to be a smoking gun. Here's what helps me move fastest from tip to published investigation.
Specific Names & Entities
Company names, brand names, DBAs, website URLs, or individual names associated with the operation. The more precise, the faster I can verify independently.
Verifiable Details
Locations, product listings, import records, or any detail that points to something I can find in a public database. Tips that can be independently confirmed are the most actionable.
Timelines & Patterns
When did you first notice this? Is it ongoing? Has it changed recently? Patterns over time help establish the scope and urgency of what's happening.
What Happens Next
Review & Triage
Every submission is reviewed personally. I assess the information for credibility, relevance, and investigative potential. Not every tip becomes an investigation, but every tip is read.
Independent Verification
If the tip warrants investigation, I independently verify every element using open-source methods. Your tip points me in the right direction — the published evidence comes from public records.
Source Protection
Your identity is never revealed. Tips are stored securely and deleted after being reviewed. No logfiles. No tracking. No analytics on this form.
Publication
If a tip leads to a published report, the source is never mentioned. All evidence in published dossiers comes from independent, publicly accessible records — not from the tip itself.
